15 minutes of Snatch technique 

Snatch from blocks just above or just below knee height 

15 Minutes Jerk from rack or blocks, 2 second pause in dip and catch 

Then…

Air runner sprints

4x400m 2 minute rest, try to keep within 5 seconds of each other
