3 Sets of 5 (should be around 60-65%) 

Then 1×5@75%-80% -normal speed 

Then….

AMRAP 10 Minutes -Open 20.2 Remix 

4 DB Thrusters 50s/35s (2DB) 

6 Burpees over both DB

24 Double Unders
