Back Squat 3 second Eccentric (on way down) , fast on way up, no pause in bottom 

3 Sets of 5 (should be around 60-65%) 

Then 1×5@75% -normal speed 

Then…

AMRAP 10 Minutes 

8 Burpee C2B Pull-up

16 DB Hang Clean and Jerk, ALT every rep 50/35
