*increase bench and dl weight each round

Then….

AMRAP 12 Minutes 

500/400m Standing C2 Bike

15 Toes to Bar 

25’ HS Walk or OH KB Carry or HS Hold against Wall for 30s

    85lb bench and 123lb deadlift. Not sure why it felt like 1000lbs and I barely survived the bike…
