Minute 2: HS Hold, Plank Hold, Hollow Body or L sit Hold up to 45s

Minute 3: 6 Bench Press 

*increase bench and dl weight each round

Then…

AMRAP 12 Minutes 

50 Double Unders

25 Hand Release Pushups

15/11 Cal Ski

25’ Axle Bar Zercher Carry

    1. It took me longer to put all my weights away than the 15 min EMOM
    2. those hand release push ups had me fucked up
    3. Nails are re done so I don’t have gems on them now but they were still marked safe

        This butt didn’t put the right weight on the axel bar and spent 2 mins trying to add 45s. I’m a mess when I workout nowadays. Give me a straight butt workout, I swear I won’t mess it up 🤣
