EOMOM 15 Minutes 

Minute 1: 8 Deadlifts

Minute 2: HS Hold, Plank Hold, Hollow Body or L sit Hold up to 45s

Minute 3: 6 Bench Press 

*increase bench and dl weight each round

Then…

AMRAP 15 Minutes

3 wall Climbs

15 burpees

60 double-unders

*every 3 minutes bike 12/9 Cal (echo bike)

This includes a bike at the very end. So at 3:00, 6:00, 9:00, 12:00, and 15:00
