    I loved it

    was 1 minute faster on the bike the second round .. why am I faster when I’m the most fatigued make it make sense

    I ran 2 miles, did 100 GHD’s and completed 1 round of the 75 box steps with 25lbs weight.
    Basically not the WOD. Lol I also was confused on why Sam got on the bike AGAIN until afterwards when he told me it was ✌🏽Rounds 😂😂
