When Mindy was first diagnosed and recovered enough from her surgery, we sent her daily workouts to keep her as part of the community. We called these “Mindy WODS”. It gave her a goal to achieve every day, and gave her something to take her mind off of what was going on, and, even more so, it gave her power over what she could control . Mindy continued to do crossfit up until 2 weeks before her passing. 

We do this as Mindy’s final Mindy WOD
