Then….

AMRAP 18 Minutes 

200m Run together (out front door, turn left to stop sign on fence on side of building, back to front door. Stay in parking lot)

1 Complex Each: YGIG

1 Clean + Hang Clean + Front Squat + Jerk @70% of part 1 

15 Synchronized Burpees 

  • use assault runner if you workout during busy parking lot times. Other partner can run around inside gym until treadmill partner reaches 200m
