Deadlift 12,000/10,000lbs any way
Back Squat 10,000/8,000lbs any way
Bench Press 8000/6000lbs any way
Example: 40 reps at 300lbs=12,000lbs of deadlift, or 50 reps at 240lbs
50 reps at 200lbs=10,000lbs of back squat
50 Reps at 160lbs= 8000lbs of bench press
*aim for no more than 75 reps of each movement
Try to finish a movement before moving onto the next
