Minute 1: 10 Deadlifts

Minute 2: HS Hold, Plank Hold, Hollow Body or L sit Hold up to 45s

Minute 3: 8 Bench Press 

*increase bench and dl weight each round

Then…..

AMRAP 14 Minutes 

15/12 Cal Ski

50’ Plate Push 55/45

2 Rope Climbs 15’ (subs=8 pull-ups or 15 Ring Rows per round)

    203 dead’s, 120 bench. 3 plus 7 cal on the conditioning. Did pull-ups bc I didn’t want to ruin my new shoes on rope climbs. Those plate pushes made it the worst 14 minutes of my life

      How were the plate pushes??? I was struggling with those! In 14 minutes I got basically the same score that you got in only 10!

        I only had 10 mins because it took me 45 mins to figure out the right plate to push 🤣🤣🤣…they were hard but I really liked them!!
